the dedication to the detail and care that makes my wedding planning truly stand out. I am an event and wedding planner based in Somerset, specialising in modern authentic and style-led events. Covering a large area of the South West including Dorset, Wilshire, Devon - up in to the Cotswolds. I work closely with my couples to bring their vision to life. My wedding planning services are as unique as the couple I work with.

ROMANTIC
I was born and raised in Denmark
in the rural Danish countryside, and I work from my studio and live with my helicopter pilot husband, Mark, in Somerset. I graduated in Architectural Engineering and International Marketing, and from my early 20'ties, I worked in Indonesia, Singapore, which later lead me into a 15-year hospitality career as purser and project manager of private superyachts up to 110-metre, managing 60 crew.
My career is deeply rooted in
managing all planning, travel coordination for my principal's and their extended family and friends. In London, I transferred my skill, into Head of House, Senior Personal Assistant and Executive Assistant continuing to serve private affluent families, assisting them with their complex lifestyles.
Fuelled with enthusiasm
in 2019, loving organising the finite details of peoples fascinating lives, events and intricacies of their annual travel schedules, I founded INGE NIELSEN LTD and my luxury rental villa concierge company was established.
Bringing us till today
where I have now turned my passion and dedication to wedding planning, providing my couples the stress-free planning - the Ultimate Time-Saving journey they deserve. A precious investment my couples feel rewards them pre-and-post their memorable wedding day.

Everything I have lived and experienced feeds into my work vision as a creative and motivated wedding planner. For me every event is a production, built around the script of my couples' lives. Handpicking influences from their own personal stories, I immerse myself in creating the complete picture (even when they cannot visualise what your wedding will look like) - focusing my years of experience on bringing their vision to life - and executing it seamlessly.

My sister company INGE NIELSEN COLLECTION offer you a private concierge service - and now also offer to schedule your Honeymoon, - where I research, plan, book and arrange your door-to-door travel. At the core on my collection is luxury villa rentals, Manor Houses in the UK, Chateau's and Castles and Larger Estates mainly across Europe and worldwide. I create long weekend or week-long itineraries for my private couples and families
I work with - summer and winter.

I love the Italian lifestyle, but safari in Kenya was truly unique.

Tastes, flavours and the sprinkling of colour is IT for me when it comes to food. A culinary feast in GREAT company is my favourite combination.

I am a TOTAL romantic when it comes to music and I admit that when a song appears and triggers a memory my tears are flowing - I can fall in love all over again hearing a song...
